Overview:
As a senior marketing specialist, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and monitoring marketing programs across a variety of channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in helping to develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development: Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns to boost brand exposure and increase sales.
Content Creation: Write engaging scripts for promotional videos and create compelling content for social media platforms, including reels.
Digital Marketing: Utilize digital marketing strategies, including Google Ads, Meta and social media advertising, to effectively reach target audiences.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
Market Research: Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and brand positioning.
Performance Measurement: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing analytics to inform future strategies.
Team Player: Foster a collaborative environment within the marketing team and contribute to team goal
Oversee: brand resources and processes to maintain consistency across all channels, including message frameworks, visual assets, key terminology, accurate data, and highlights.
Adhere: to budgetary guidelines as outlined in the marketing plan.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the EdTech sector.
Strong creative skills with a demonstrated ability to write engaging content and scripts.
Experience in creating social media reels and visual content.
Knowledge of social media advertising.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
