As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for any activities that enhance our relationship with our Clients, including event organisation, sponsorships, giveaways, and engaging activities with our top. You will also work with multiple internal teams, including operations, design, and development, to create and execute end-to-end B2B marketing strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences;
• Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to achieve business objectives;
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the B2B sector;
• Design and implement engaging promotional activities and giveaways to attract and retain clients;
• Collaborate with the design and operations teams to create promotional materials;
• Track and analyse the effectiveness of promotional campaigns;
• Provide creative ideas for the Client’s engagement;
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
• Analyse data to identify problems and opportunities;
• Plan, coordinate, and manage B2B events such as conferences, seminars, webinars, and workshops;
• Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities that enhance the company’s visibility and reputation;
• Manage and support events, including marketing materials, advertising, public relations, and sponsorship;
• Support the digital marketing team with day-to-day activities.
