We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the EMEA region, with a strong focus on the Middle East. This role is critical to our growth and requires a leader who can connect Product, Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Strategy to drive regional success. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional marketer with proven expertise in outbound marketing, sales enablement, public relations, and customer engagement. As the Marketing Manager for EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, building customer relationships, hosting events, and evangelizing Incorta’s product features and capabilities. You’ll also be responsible for measurable outcomes, driving rigor and structured thinking across the team, and fostering collaboration both internally and externally with customers, partners, vendors, and across cross-functional and cross-regional relationships. + Strategic Alignment and Collaboration
+ Create cohesive marketing strategies and work with regional partners to broaden the reach of Incorta’s strategy by coordinating with Product, Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Strategy.
+ Partner with the regional sales and customer support teams to deepen customer relationships and promote Incorta’s product features and capabilities.
+ Outbound Marketing and GTM Execution
+ Drive outbound marketing initiatives, including regional campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and demand generation programs tailored to the EMEA market.
+ Coordinate campaigns and activities with regional channel and alliance partners and collaborate with Sales on GTM motions to support pipeline and revenue growth.
+ Public Relations and Event Management
+ Lead public relations efforts in the region, including hosting events, conferences, webinars, workshops, roundtable discussions, dinners, and roadshows.
+ Position Incorta as a thought leader by building awareness and credibility through regional PR activities.
+ Competitive Research and Market Insights
+ Conduct thorough competitive research and provide insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies in the EMEA region.
+ Stay informed on regional market trends and opportunities, particularly in the data delivery, ERP, and AI landscapes.
+ Sales Enablement and Measurable Outcomes
+ Develop and deliver sales enablement programs, including training, collateral, and resources, to support regional sales teams.
+ Set and achieve measurable marketing outcomes, leveraging data-driven decision-making to evaluate campaign success and refine strategies.
+ Cross-Functional Leadership
+ Manage cross-functional and cross-regional relationships to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
+ Act as a self-starter, driving projects independently while maintaining collaboration with global teams.
+ Minimum of 10 years preferably in B2B marketing, with demonstrated success in demand generation, outbound marketing, public relations, and sales enablement.
+ Experience working in analytics solutions, or a related technology field is highly preferred
+ Analytics-driven professional who uses data to drive strategy and set objectives to support the overall corporate goals
+ Experience with event management and agency management.
+ Knowledge and Skills:
+ Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies and 360-degree marketing approaches.
+ Strong knowledge of AI and its applications in analytics.
+ Mastery in agency management and vendor relations.
+ Strong command of financial planning and budgeting.
+ Strong emphasis on experience and relationships in the Middle East market within the EMEA region with a preference for the ability to operate with Arabic as a business language.
+ Willingness to travel frequently across the region to attend events, meet with customers and support sales initiatives.

+ Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
