Senior Manager E-Commerce - Merchandizing
Job Description
Raya Trade subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is currently hiring Senior Manager E-Commerce Manager - Merchandizing.
Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the e-commerce commercial strategy to grow Rayashop.com market share and lead the Omni-Channel industry in Egypt.
P&L : Own Rayashop.com profitability (Top & Bottom lines), through planning a healthy and profitable offering, promotions, monetizing Raashop.com platform, etc.
Revenue Growth : Identify opportunities for revenue growth through an accurate forecast based on sales data analysis and customer insights to optimize product offerings and promotional strategies, improve Retail portfolio sales growth, increasing number of SKU’s & expanding market place sellers, and customer engagement strategies.
Team Management : Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial e-commerce team (Category management & seller support), fostering a culture of collaboration and performance.
Customer Experience: Through offering a profitable promotion, offerings among both Cash/Installment by utilizing different types of payments (Taksety, COD, Fintech & Banks).
Partnerships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, vendors, fintech players, operators and other potential platforms to leverage opportunities in the e-commerce landscape. T
ech & Development: Enhance & improve both customer & seller journey by sharing a clear and effective requirements for Tech team to ease the day to day operations.
Culture Oriented: Collaborate and communicate with both internal & external teams within Raya Trade to provide seamless customer experience and best ROI.
Market Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the e-commerce space.
