Talent 360 is hiring for one of our client's Senior IT Specialist in FMCG is a supplier of specialty High-Quality ingredients and solutions for restaurants, hotels, cafes, and bistros.

Job Description:
to oversee and manage IT operations across its facilities in 10th of Ramadan and El Obour. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to optimize business operations. This role requires working three days in 10th of Ramadan and two days in ElObour if need it.
Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee servers, networks, and cloud systems to ensure high availability and performance.


  • Network & Security: Manage firewalls, VPNs, cybersecurity policies, and ensure data protection compliance.


  • System Administration: Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and cloud solutions (Azure, AWS).


  • Enterprise Applications: Support ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics) and database management (SQL).


  • Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across both locations.


  • Automation & Scripting: Utilize PowerShell, Bash, or Python for IT automation and system optimization.


  • IT Procurement & Vendor Management: Evaluate, procure, and manage IT hardware, software, and service providers.


  • Training & Documentation: Develop IT policies, train users, and maintain system documentation.


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, network administration, and security.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, VMware, and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple locations and manage IT operations independently.
    Location: Obour City - 10th of Ramadan
    Position Type: Full-Time
    Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM including hour break.
