The Purpose of the Role
As
a Senior IT Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in our
Information Technology function. With your expertise and SFDC certification,
you will guide and contribute to critical IT projects, specifically focusing on
Salesforce development and administration. Your responsibilities will involve
analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing Salesforce
solutions, and providing ongoing facilitation and maintenance. By leveraging
your SFDC knowledge and skills, you will enhance our Salesforce platform and
drive digital transformation within the organization.
You will report directly to our IT Manager, and you'll work out of our City,
State location on a hybrid work schedule.In
this role, you will impact our business by:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business
requirements for Salesforce projects.
- Designing and implementing custom Salesforce solutions, including
configuration, customization, and integration.
- Providing ongoing facilitation and maintenance for Salesforce applications,
ensuring system availability and performance.
- Conducting user training and providing technical facilitation to Salesforce
users.
- Staying up to date with Salesforce best practices and industry trends to
drive continuous improvement and innovation.
