Senior Internal Communication Specialist



Job Description



Assist in developing and executing internal communications strategies in collaboration with different departments. Communicate organizational initiatives and projects to employees and stakeholders effectively. Create, edit, and manage content for various internal communication channels, including the staff intranet, email bulletins, and internal magazines. Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard and translate ideas. Utilize social media for internal communication purposes. Support the delivery of presentations at organizational events. Draft messages or scripts for senior executives for internal communication. Ensure consistency in internal communication messages across all mediums and departments. Align internal communication messages with external communications. Respond to staff feedback and adjust communication strategies accordingly. Support internal communication during crisis situations to protect organizational reputation. Advise the Culture Change and Corporate Communication Manager on internal communication developments.

.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
.Excellent English and Arabic communication skills, both verbal and written
.Strong speaking skills for delivering presentations
.Creative ability to devise communication strategies
.Familiarity with digital and video communication tools
.Graphic designing skills (a plus).Understanding of the sector in which the organization operates
.Proven experience in managing communication projects and supporting senior managers
.Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of internal audiences
.Experience in change management and internal business combination/merger communications

Education



BA in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing
