We are hiring a Senior Interior Designer
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead and oversee our design team, ensuring the successful execution of creative and functional interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire the design team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
Project Oversight: Supervise all phases of interior design projects, from concept development to execution.
Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and ensure satisfaction.
Design Strategy: Develop and implement innovative design solutions that align with project goals and company vision.
Budget & Timeline Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards in design execution, ensuring all work meets industry best practices and client expectations.
Market Trends: Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in interior design, 5 years of experience.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
- Sunday to Thursday
- Saturday and Friday are off
