Role Objectives

• Work with subject matter experts and identify the program target audience’s training needs/ each course to develop the course roadmap.
• Collaborate with experts by conducting virtual meetings to rehearse and refine the content prior to filming.
• State instructional end goals and create or amend the existing content to match them.
• Provide exercises and interactive activities that enhance the learning process.
• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc).
• Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product for both the videos and the interactive activities through storyboards.
• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
• Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments.
• Collaborate with the internal stakeholders through all the learning design phases.
• Maintain project documentation and course folders.

The ideal candidate is someone with:

• 5+ years experience
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
• Good knowledge of Authoring tools
• Good knowledge of different LMS’s
