Role Objectives:
The Senior influencer marketing specialist will be responsible for driving influencer marketing campaigns on social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, acquire potential customers, and achieve marketing objectives
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead influencer marketing campaigns primarily on Instagram and TikTok platforms
Identify and collaborate with influencers whose audiences align with the brand's target demographic to drive potential customer acquisition
Manage influencer marketing metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), M1 retention, budget planning, and campaign calendar
Receive campaign requests from various stakeholders and execute them in alignment with brand guidelines and objectives
Develop strategies to maximize the impact of influencer collaborations on brand awareness and customer engagement
Analyze campaign performance data to optimize future influencer marketing initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with key influencers to ensure successful partnerships
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3+ years of proven work experience in a similar role
Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok campaigns
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with influencers and stakeholders
Strong analytical skills to track and optimize influencer marketing metrics such as (CAC,RAC,etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
