Minimum 7-10 Years of experience in QHSE management role, preferably in Oil and Gas industry.
Certifications / Licenses

NEBOSH IGC is a must, NEBOSH Diploma is preferred.
JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
•To develop, manage, implement & maintain a cost-effective QA/QC system within the framework of the company QHSE policy & objectives satisfying the requirements & legislation of various national & international directories.Manage the development & implementation of the company’s QA/QC procedures at company’s locations and working sites.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
·Monitor and advise on the performance of HSE-IMS procedures, processes and produce data and reports on performance, measuring against set indicators, objectives and targets.
·Provide practical guidance, information and assistance to all managers and relevant personnel, on the application and implementation of the company’s Health, Safety, Environment & Quality policies and procedures
·Liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that effective implementation of the HSE Procedures. Advise on changes and provide procedures awareness training, relevant tools and techniques to enable others to achieve effective implementation.
·Perform internal and external QHSE IMS and QA/QC audits and inspections of all sites and facilities and subcontractors. Evaluate the level of HSE performance in compliance with the relevant IMS company standards and procedures and ensure the effective implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
·Review product and process non-conformance (NCR’s) and recommend remedial actions including monitoring and track all customer complaints and close-outs.
·Ensure HSE requirements are specified to vendors/contractor and documentation is submitted and verified in compliance.
·Ensure that all necessary HSE records are identified and retained in accordance with international standards, client and regulatory requirements.
·Monitor Country and Corporate Objectives and send progressive updates to Corporate HSE.
·Prepare monthly QHSE statistics, IVMD reports, and participate in Task Hazard Analysis reviews and all other risk assessments.
·Carry out field site visits, staff house visits, vessels, workshop inspection per year, and QHSE meetings
·Carry out behavioral safety audits
·To implement the HSE Integrated Management System related to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2018, API Q2 and any other relevant standards as applicable to Business.
·Ensure operational activities are carried out as per defined service design and service quality plan under your area of responsibility.
·Schedule visits to the locations to support and verify compliance to customer delivery process including but not limited to preventive maintenance, inspection and calibration, FMEA, Service validation and job reports.
·Assist and guide all Department Managers with regards to Service quality activities and delivery process and to conduct internal and external audits of Operational sites to assess compliance with the quality system requirements.
·Carry out incident investigations, and follow-up effectiveness of close-out actions and prepare QHSE Flash
·Attending all assigned training as per QHSE training matrix.
·Provide HSE Awareness training to all personnel as per the TAQA Minimum Standard Training Requirements.
·Working with allocated resources
·To determine yearly budget for QHSE requirement.
·Prepare and Co-ordinate with the Operational Managers and support during the Clients HSE& MS Audits
·Conduct regular Clients visits at operational sites and offices, and keep good relation with all Clients’ Health, Safety, Environment and Quality in-charge
·Conduct & prepare QHSE IMS & QA/QC Management System presentation when required by our customers.
·Attending service quality meetings both internal and external.
·Manage in-country QHSE officers and Journey management center officers
·Foster a proactive safety culture where all employees are engaged in safety practices and feel comfortable reporting hazards and unsafe behaviors.
·Develop and maintain Emergency response procedures and plans.
·Serve as the point of contact for QHSE related issues and concerns within the assigned scope.
