Job Summary



Our client, headquartered in Sheraton, Cairo, is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to oversee people & culture initiatives, manage employee relations, and support business operations with strategic HR solutions.

Job Responsibilities



Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution and workplace
investigations.
Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business goals.
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
Provide guidance to management on HR best practices.
Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Key Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in people & culture and employee relations.
Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee engagement strategies, and performance management.
Languages: Excellent proficiency in English.
Certifications: Not required but HR-related certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.

Job Conditions



Location: Cairo, Egypt
Work Mode: On-site
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Fixed from 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday & Saturday off
