Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger functions.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records by reconciling accounts, verifying transactions, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Assist with the annual budgeting process and provide input on financial forecasts and projections.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making processes.
  • Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.
  • Lead or participate in projects and initiatives to improve financial processes, systems, and reporting.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff, promoting their professional development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or ACCA qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in general accounting roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a Must.
  • Very good command in English
