What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Fulfillment Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage complex orders independently, monitor project progress, and take decisive action to ensure timely delivery. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential for this role.
Plan and coordinate with customers the operational execution of vehicle retrofitting.
Communicating short term vehicles ready for production to the planning team.
Oversee the entire order fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery and licensing.
Issue the licensing documents required to license the retrofitted vehicles and onboard customers on licensing process.
Track and manage order status, ensuring timely updates to customers.
Inspection and diligence of customer vehicles
Customer reporting on customer vehicle upgrades required
Ensure Customer vehicles upgrades are executed before retrofitting and perform repairs if needed
Work with ecosystem partners involved in the fulfillment process, including inspection and repair workshops
Own the SAP interface on order fulfillment
Participate as fulfillment owner in the interest to order and order to cash processes
Manage grey and blue collars across activities ranging from inspections, logistics and licensing
Continuously evaluate and improve the order fulfillment process.
Hold a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Have 3+ years of experience in order fulfillment, project management or fleet management.
Possess a strong understanding of forecasting techniques and tools.
Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experienced in ERP system “SAP”
Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the automotive industry or a related field.
Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies.
