Carrying and following up on Month-end closing activities with Finance team for confirmation and sign off
Responsible for accurate & timely quarterly internal reporting as per IFRS
Responsible for preparation of financial statements
Planning, Preparation & Coordination with auditors for hard close, internal control & year end reporting
Preparation of regular forecasts as per internal timeline
Responsible for tax declarations and coordination with corporate department for tax provisions and new tax law implementation
Responsible for carrying tax health check with service provider & primary support during tax control
Responsible for year-end stock taking process and bookkeeping.
Fixed assets Management, from invoicing to disposal
Close coordination with different internal departments and business units for accurate reporting
Yearly update & review of regional policies & user guides
Ensuring rollout of new automation and process optimization within area
Qualifications
Min 6 years of experience in Accounting/Finance
High Proficiency in English & Arabic
Analytical & reporting skills
Attention to details
High time management skills
Interest in ERPs and automation
SAP knowledge
High communication and organization skills
