About the job Senior Financial Analysis (CAPEX)
  • RESPONSIBILITIES:Revision and Settlement for operation orders to suitable cost centers
  • Ensure that all costs are settled for accurate Networks, WBS, AUCs
  • Create All assets master data (Assets under construction and Fixed assets)
  • Make all required calculations for Projects capitalization for interest and Salaries.
  • Ensure that expenses are accurately recorded on its right cost objects.
  • Prepare income statement for each project on monthly basis.
  • Transfer AUC and make suitable settlement to Fixed assets accounts.
  • Assist on Budgets creation and updates.

Reporting:
  1. Operation order report.
  2. Inventory equation, network, WBS.
  3. AUC assigned to its projects.
  4. Asset registration workbook, acquisition, Depreciation checker, Acc. Depreciation. Matched to Trial balance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • PA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software - SAP User.
  • Experience with treasury.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
