Raya Holding for Financial Investments is hiring Senior Executive (Culture & Engagement).
What will you do?
Identifying the ongoing drivers of employee engagement for the organization through appropriate best practice research and data analysis from internal and external sources.
Monitoring, measuring, and evaluating key organization engagement metrics, providing reports on trends/issues to the management team utilizing different sources of employee engagement data formal and informal.
Implementing employee engagement and feedback processes, encouraging managers and staff participation.
Facilitating the development of actions plans for employee engagement that will address critical concerns and drive sustainable employee engagement on the group level
Devising and implementing practical, diverse, and timely internal communication activities that will help to create an environment that is conducive to genuine engagement and connection of employees
Managing the implementation of corporate engagement programs; Values program, Manager of The Year, Wall of Fame, Corporate Orientation, internal communications activities implemented across Raya group in alignment with Raya Corporate Human Resources strategy.
Handles all employee engagement activities operations related to Raya Holding team members through partnering with management team and building relationships and ongoing communications with employees with follow up on action plans implementations.
Identifying and addressing any cultural gaps or inconsistencies within the organization and work on corporate action plans.
Creating and executing plans to enhance and reinforce desired cultural values and behaviors.
