Supervise and monitor the housekeeping activities in the assigned sites to ensure their compliance to the contractual standards agreed with the service provider and align with 5S implementation
Reviews and approves the monthly “General Cleaning Report” reflecting actions executed and submits to the Facilities Manager to review and approve.
Monitor and Schedule the transportation services, buses physical condition and planning routes with alignment with HR and operation to meet the production working hours and achieve efficiency.
Responsible for receiving complaints, working on action plan and following with bus users that all complains are settled.
Monitor the quality and the content of the meals provided to meet the delivery time and HSE requirements
Getting a minimum of 3 quotations for the scrap materials then getting the financial controller approval for the materials to be disposed.
Responsible for supplies and facilities warehouse considering receiving/release processes, documentations, storage conditions, stocktaking and physical count and make sure that the requested items are distributed in a timely manner.
Monitor supplies stock (buffet, stationary) minimum and maximum levels and place orders as per approval hierarchy
Monitor expenditure against budget, reconciling invoices, follow up outstanding payments and liaise with the finance team upholding accurate financial record keeping.
Maintain an archive of all contracts and following up on any contract renewal
