Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring an Manufacturing Senior Engineer.
What will you do:
Develop, implement, and maintain our quality control systems, GMP, and quality policies. Apply all quality standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes. Ensuring that our products are complying with customer’s requirements and the company’s SOPs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality issues and implement effective, corrective actions. Develop and maintain metrics and reports to track and analyze quality and manufacturing performance. Comply to all Food Safety and worker’s safety practices. Report violations to management to take disciplinary action. Maintain knowledge and application of quality assurance standards. Managing and monitoring the blue-collar’s performance ensuring that they are complying with all quality and safety standards.

Technical skills:
Good awareness of the Food & Safety standards. Good awareness of the business code of conducts. Good knowledge of Lean manufacturing. Good knowledge of Total productive QC. Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
Education
Bachelor of Agriculture, Science or Veterinary medicine.
