As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist,you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.


Location:Remotely ( The Headquarter in Dubai, UAE)


Key Accountabilities

The position involves:


Content Strategy and Execution:


  • Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content creation.
  • Conduct content analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve search visibility.
  • Conduct A/B testing to enhance content effectiveness.
  • Explore monetization opportunities through content.

SEO and SEM:


  • Conduct keyword research and analysis and manage technical SEO aspects.
  • Build backlinks, improve domain authority, and conduct competitor analysis.

Webinars:


  • Plan and manage webinar topics, calendars, and email campaigns, and host and moderate live webinars.
  • Integrate webinars with CRM and automation tools and develop and execute newsletter campaigns.
  • Implement email marketing strategies, and campaigns and manage email lists and segmentation & performance.

Mobile App Marketing:


  • Lead pre-launch and launch marketing campaigns.
  • Manage app store optimization (ASO) &oversee technical integrations for app marketing.
  • Develop, implement in-app advertising & plan push notification campaigns.
  • Create retention, and engagement campaigns and track and analyze app analytics.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Expertise in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a must.
  • Ability to conduct competitive analysis and implement strategies to enhance digital presence.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and app marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
