Senior Digital Marketing

Responsibilities:
+ Oversee and manage the company's digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO strategies, PPC campaigns, email marketing efforts, and social media advertising.
+ Develop and execute strategic ad campaigns on LinkedIn and X, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
+ Monitor and analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to inform and adapt marketing strategies.
+ Utilize Sprout Social and other analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns.
+ Optimize digital marketing efforts based on data insights to ensure maximum ROI and effectiveness.
+ Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement engaging and targeted content for digital platforms.
+ Ensure the company’s website is updated, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines to enhance visibility and engagement.
+ Manage the budget for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and performance tracking.
+ Provide regular performance reports, identifying key insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skills:
+ Proficiency in website management, including familiarity with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
+ In-depth understanding of SEO and SEM best practices, tools, and techniques.
+ Strong expertise in managing PPC campaigns and optimizing for cost-efficiency and results.
+ Hands-on experience with social media platforms, including LinkedIn and X, and their advertising tools.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
+ Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, and email marketing platforms such as mailchimp.
+ Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and presenting performance reports.
+ Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms
+ Demonstrated ability to manage social media presence and ad campaigns effectively on LinkedIn and X.
+ Experience with analytics tools and marketing performance reporting.
+ Familiarity with Sprout Social or similar social media management tools is preferred.
