Responsibilities
Develop dewatering plans and designs, including selecting appropriate methods and equipment.
Oversee dewatering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct site assessments to determine groundwater conditions and the need for dewatering.
Supervise the installation and maintenance of dewatering systems.
Monitor dewatering systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and prepare reports on their performance.
Ensure all dewatering activities comply with environmental regulations and safety standards.
Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in dewatering engineering within oil and gas industry or a relevant industry.
Proficiency in dewatering design software and tools, understanding of groundwater hydrology, and experience with various dewatering methods.
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
