Senior Customer Service Advisor - B2B
Job Description
Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Senior Customer Service Advisor - (B2B) Serve as the main point of contact for B2B and B2G customers, delivering outstanding support and service. Oversee and manage customer contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Handle payment processes, including follow-ups and coordination with the finance team, to ensure timely transactions. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, focusing on long-term customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and technical support to meet client expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with government and business clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions. Monitor and improve service quality through regular customer feedback and data analysis. Prepare detailed reports on contracts, payments, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within B2B or B2G environments. Familiarity with contract management and payment processes. Experience in the automotive, golf cart, or EV industry is a plus. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and related software.
