Raya Information Technology: one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring Senior Cisco Collaboration Engineer:
Deploy, and maintain Cisco Collaboration solutions (CUCM, Unity, UCCX, IMP, WebEx, VGWs, etc.). Troubleshooting and performance optimization for voice and video networks. Deploy, and maintain Cisco UCCE solutions Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in contact center environments Follow the projects tasks plan for deploying the installation tasks upon the agreed scope of work. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless communication systems. Stay updated with the latest Cisco technologies and industry trends.

Skills

Qualifications:
BSc. in Telecommunication or Computer Science. CCNP Collaboration awareness is a MUST. 3-5 Experience in Cisco Collaboration field. Strong hands-on experience on CUCM, CUC, VGWs, IM&P, UCCX. Strong understanding of contact center architecture and operations know how on CMS, Collaboration Edge Solutions, WebEx cloud and Video conference solutions and devices is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
