JOB PURPOSE


The Senior Business Transformation Services Specialist at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for implementing diverse transformation approaches to identify and implement process innovations with the goal of continually enhancing change management.



RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Remain informed on potential new tools and best practices to facilitate the implementation of changes in business processes, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Create the Functional Design Specification (FDS) documents to articulate the necessary enhancements or improvements for business processes. Collaborate closely with the business analysis team to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements.
  • Examine processes across various functions, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to technological enhancements, new technologies. Follow-up on solution development, validate by conducting necessary tests and simulations, and lead the implementation.
  • Design, generate, test, and validate insightful performance metrics, Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and measurement tools.
  • Assist in cross-functional transformation initiatives and projects.
  • Lead medium size projects throughout their entire cycle, includingplanning, implementation and day-to-day execution. Provide regular updates to management on project progress.
  • Design and implement policies and processes to enhance both quality and efficiency across the business.
  • Ensure high level of customer service is consistently delivered and maintained, meeting all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and promptly addressing requests.
  • Facilitate comprehensive training sessions for business users, ensuring thorough understanding and adoption of new enhancements and project initiatives. Utilize engaging instructional techniques to impart knowledge effectively to ensure continuous learning and skill development.

LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS


Language Proficiency


  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in French is a plus.

Specific Expertise


  • Strong knowledge of business analysis, consulting and change management and technical projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.

EDUCATION


Bachelor's degree in a related field.



EXPERIENCE


Four to six years of experience in a similar role.
