Job Summary
As the Senior Business Development, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and establishing strategic partnerships. Youll take ownership of identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals while leading initiatives that support the long-term vision of NOK HC.
Job Responsibilities
· Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
· Cold & Email Calling: Reaching out to generated prospects to offer the companys services.
· Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in target industries.
· Client Engagement: Develop tailored proposals, present solutions, and negotiate contracts to close high-value deals.
· Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and provide actionable insights to inform business strategies.
· Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Recruitment, Marketing, Operations) to align business development efforts with organizational goals.
Key Requirements
· Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
· 4 to 5 years of experience in business development, SMB, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in recruitment, consulting, or a related industry.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth.
· Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
· Strong network and ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders.
