TechLabs London is going through a significant growth, and we are looking to expand our team by bringing in a dynamic and proactive Business Analyst and CRM Functional Consultant, working in our Development Centre of Excellence in Cairo, Egypt.
Job Purpose: As a Business Analyst and CRM Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, project delivery teams, and other business units to understand, define and document complex requirements and business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitates discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of Power Platform Apps, and Dynamics 365 solutions with configurations, customisations and integrations to meet customer needs and project objectives.
- Conduct requirements workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions for end-users.
- Works closely with the Solutions team to develop a solution proposal that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, and technology solution options to meet project goals as well as longer-term needs.
- Provides functional and technical input and guidance to the project team throughout the implementation to ensure accurate delivery of project plans.
- Provides current best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional or technical design documents.
- Communicates complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences both with and without deep technical skills.
- Balances business users' requests and requirements with technical constraints
- Assists with providing inputs to the project plans, estimates and scope for sales proposals and statements of work.
- Documents and writes up specifications for technical team members and developers in a clear and concise approach.
- Experienced in creating documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Requirements Specification Documents (RSD), user manuals, and other training materials.
- Participates in implementation customization and configuration for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Ensures consistent release management, change management and project approval processes.
- Designing business processes and documenting requirements, processes (As-Is and To-Be), features, and business needs.
- Engaging with key stakeholders in multiple business areas to scope business needs and identify key pain points to overcome as well as defining quick wins where possible.
- Clearly conveying well-defined business requirements to delivery teams and effectively communicating business processes and needs to ensure successful business outcomes.
- Managing requirements and traceability throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective scope control and ensuring solution compliance to business objectives.
- Demoing Technology solutions and functionality to various stakeholder groups.
- Working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and our custom-built solution iProperty Cloud.
Required Skills and Experience:
Deep knowledge of Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Customer Engagement. - Demonstrated experience building Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of when to use native features and when it is appropriate to use custom development. Ability to successfully communicate this information to both internal and client stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to understand our business, our technology, products and market approaches is an essential part of this role.
- Ability to be client-facing including effectively communicating with the client, leading meetings, and capturing and distributing action items.
- Exceptional organisation skills with and initiative to work without detailed guidance.
- Able to quickly turn around tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent Technical and IT skills with the ability to learn new Technologies and demo our Technology solutions to customers.
- Strong experience in designing business processes.
- Ability to rapidly build relationships with stakeholders with different backgrounds.
- Experienced with business operations conducted online (distributed teams), via chat platform (Slack), Kanban boards (Trello) and communication via Digital platforms (Microsoft Teams).
