Senior Business Analyst
Job Description
The Business Analyst is an outsourced role, responsible to develop, improve and deliver dashboards and relevant reports to help sales teams to drive monthly and quarterly metrics to achieve Sales Quota.
Key responsibilities
Data management - Develop, deliver and maintain relevant business reports and dashboards to support the sales team's drive to achieve business quota. Closely collaborates with clients business analyst team.
Data analysis - Expert on available Customer data sources & analysis. Aanalyse data based on different criterias and present results.
Business Support - Support business planning activities and managment reviews. Aid sales managers with ad-hoc reporting. Key interface for CRM and reporting teams.
Processes - Responsible for overall sales process improvement and development of new tools/processes.
