Work as liaison among diverse stakeholders to drive requirements gathering and analysis, and user acceptance process for new and existing systems
Produce clear, concise, and unambiguous artifacts critical to successful product delivery, including business requirement documents, functional specifications including use case and models, UAT Plan and Test Scripts, and estimates
Guide the design, development, and documentation of system process workflows and various implementation activities that deliver business solutions required of the business
Utilize prototyping tools and techniques to facilitate the development of graphical user interfaces and applications
Promote proactive and positive interaction and communication between business and development teams, including resolving requirements ambiguity or conflict and helping drive projects forward
Have a strong passion for requirements integrity with an eye for detail, but also be in tune with the big picture
Requires exceptional collaborative, teaming and consensus-building abilities, as well as proficiency in cross-discipline, cross-organization and cross-product group cooperation
Requirements
Must have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking sector or Fintech
Worked on Waterfall, Agile software development environment
