We are currently seeking a talented Senior Architect to join our team Job Responsibilities:Design and plan layouts, elevations, and structures for residential and commercial real estate projectsManage all aspects of structural plan developmentConsolidate all architectural requirements and specificationsDevelop specialized architectural drawingsConduct inspections and obtain permitsPromote and nurture positive business relationships through effective communicationResearching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed promptly, and that project requirements are met.Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.Networking and consulting with various industry professionals.Requirements:A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field is typically required.professional experience in architecture as a Senior Architect or Architect team leader (from 8:10 years) of experience. deep understanding of architectural design principles, engineering concepts, and construction techniques. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as Revit - AutoCAD -Sketchup - Lumion strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate complex architectural projects, are necessary.Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to delegate tasks, guide team members, and collaborate effectively, are crucial.Industry:Engineering Job Type: Full-Time EmploymentWorking Conditions: Sunday- Thursday Days Off: Friday- Saturday
