Talent 360 is hiring a Senior Architect for one of our clients to join our stars team⭐️:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Develop detailed architectural and interior design plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Provide design solutions that align with client requirements and project budgets.
- Oversee the preparation of presentations, design concepts, and proposals for new projects.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Ensure that all designs comply with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
- Maintain project timelines and manage resources efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design integrity is maintained.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (required).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural design and interior design, within an interior design studio.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and interior design trends.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for design
Work conditions :
- From Sunday to Thursday
- Saturday and Friday are off
- Fixable Working hours
- Work location: Zamalek
