To assist Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager in handling day to day operation, KYC, MER,CFA completion...etcand assist the SRM/RM in maintaining the account relationship, resolving related issues, if any.
To assist Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Managerin attracting New to bank assets & liability clients to corporate banking portfolio and broaden the portfolio including building up new relationships in order to meet financial objectives
To assist Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager in CP writing and analyzing the financial statements and preparing Mashreq risk rating evaluation.
Coordinate with Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager to ensure that all necessary information required for processing a credit proposal are obtained from the customer.
Acquire thorough knowledge about the bank’s credit policies, products and services.
Attending to customers calls as may be required
Coordinate with CSU all pending issues to insure smooth daily operation
Establish cordial relationship with client and complete any missing documents / information related to KYC update , UBO and insure routing business to Mashreq Bank
Follow up with client to obtain the FYE financials as well as interim financials on due course
Update financial spread and obligor rist rating as per the bank internal system
Close any exceptions / deviations appeared in the monthly exception report.
