Senior AI Engineer (Hybird, Egypt-based)

Job Overview:

Curenta is seeking a skilled and client-focused Senior AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating and deploying scalable AI-driven solutions designed to automate processes, streamline workflows, and deliver actionable insights for our clients. Your expertise will involve leveraging advanced AI tools like ChatGPT, integrating with cloud platforms, and driving innovation in AI-powered workflow automation. This role does not focus on research or model development but emphasizes implementing AI solutions tailored to client needs.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone

Responsibilities:

• AI Solutions Development: Design and implement AI-driven solutions, including automating processes like data scraping, OCR scanning, PDF processing, and care plan proposal workflows.
• Model Strategy Optimization: Evaluate and select the most suitable model strategy, such as training new models from scratch, transfer learning, ensemble learning, or leveraging pre-trained cloud-based models like GPT for efficiency and performance.
• Model Accuracy Enhancement: Continuously improve model accuracy over time by implementing online learning strategies, collecting user feedback, and developing retraining workflows based on real-world performance.
• Client-Facing Collaboration: Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, propose tailored AI solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Language Model Integration: Leverage advanced AI tools like ChatGPT to create intelligent agents and automate repetitive tasks.
• Cloud Deployment: Deploy and manage AI solutions on cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and production readiness.
• Data Preparation: Refine and prepare datasets for use in AI applications, focusing on ensuring high data quality for automation workflows.
• Innovation & Process Improvement: Analyze operational challenges to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation, proposing solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
