Senior Advisory Operations Specialist
Cairo Operations – Business Operations / Full Time / Hybrid
Responsibilities
+ Provide comprehensive project management support for all technical proposal related tasks.
+ Receive RFPs from the government procurement platform.
+ Collect, organize and archive all received RFPs in the shared drive.
+ Gather all required data from RFPs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
+ Conduct through analysis of business opportunities from RFPs, evaluating viability and strategic alignment.
+ Manage RFPs and other business opportunities within the ERP system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth proposal operations.
+ Identify and escalate potential issues or challenges to the relevant stakeholders.
+ Monitor all deadlines (submission dates, Q/A sessions, client meeting) to ensure timely compliance.
+ Support stakeholders in executing related initiatives effectively.
+ Develop and implement business development plans targeting keys areas for growth.
Qualifications
+ Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Operations or related filed.
+ Consulting experience is preferred.
+ In-depth understanding of business development process and requirements.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct comprehensive analyses of business opportunities.
+ Advanced reporting skills with experience creating detailed reports and data presentations.
+ Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations
