A leading contractor specializing in civil engineering, Piling, deep foundations, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
We continually strive for high standards of construction. HEIBCO FOR COMMERCIAL INVESTMENTS & REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT is specialized in Ground Engineering which encompasses; piling and foundations, groundwater control, and environmental management for civil infrastructure projects.
Job Role:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement) by accounting standards and regulations.
- Conduct monthly and year-end closing procedures, including account reconciliation, journal entries, and accruals.
- Ensure compliance with all financial policies, procedures, and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue generation.
- Manage the preparation of tax filings, audits, and other regulatory reports.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial insights to senior management.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training to improve team performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process and implement any improvement recommendations.
- Implement and streamline accounting systems and processes for greater efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant changes in tax legislation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Working Conditions:
Working Days: Sunday -Thursday
Working Hours:9 AM-5 PM
Days off: Friday and Saturday
Location: Banafseg, 1st Settlement , New Cairo
