Job Description:
Senior Accountant and Finance (IFRS holder must )
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Associate / Senior finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's daily financial operations, maintaining the financial records, and ensuring that financial transactions are accurate and comply with financial regulations and transaction documents.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute daily financial transactions, like invoice processing, bank reconciliations, maintaining books of accounts, and payroll.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring the companys monthly budget and forecast.
  • Prepare regular financial reports detailing the company's financial status.
  • Assist in preparing monthly VAT and WHT returns and other required financial documents.
  • Liaise with external auditors to facilitate regular audits.
  • Ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Conduct financial analysis (Budget vs. actual reports, Variance analysis and Monthly financial simulations) to help management make informed decisions.
  • Assisting the Finance managers in managing the financial transactions of the company's investment portfolio.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification (like CA/CPA/CMA/ACCA/SOCPA/CFA) would be a plus.
  • Proven experience of 3: 5 years or more in a finance role, preferably in an investment company and Big 4 audit firms.
  • Comprehensive Knowledge of IFRS, IFR, usual accounting processes / policies /
  • estimates, CMA regulations, and company law of Saudi Arabia.
  • Expert knowledge of accounting systems like Odoo, Qoyod, Zoho, Quickbooks, and other accounting information systems.
  • Proficiency in financial software programs, databases, and MS Office.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and Arabic).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to train colleagues and add value to routine tasks.
