Ethical Excellence- We perform within the highest ethical standard. Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee tenant receipts and manage account reconciliations. In this key role, you will ensure accurate tracking and allocation of payments, monitor customer accounts for overdue invoices, and lead collection efforts. You will also prepare monthly journal entries for overdue receivables and play a critical role in onboarding new tenants while maintaining financial accuracy.What will you be doing? Reconcile and offset tenant receipts via direct deposits and payment gateways according to established procedures. Monitor customer accounts for invoice due dates, credit limits, and payment irregularities. Ensure timely allocation of incoming payments against corresponding invoices. Regularly obtain and reconcile tenant account statements, proactively addressing disputes with internal departments. Calculate provisions for overdue receivables monthly and prepare necessary journal entries in line with company credit policy. Execute collection orders for overdue accounts in accordance with company practices and terms. Onboard new tenants, create payment schedules, and provide regular analysis of tenant account aging. Collaborate with suppliers to post due bills and reconcile vendor balances at month-end. Calculate accruals and provisions for expenses, updating the master sheet as necessary. Maintain a prepayment register, including amortization tables and schedules. Conduct quarterly tax report reviews, match them with invoices, and file VAT returns while assisting the team with VAT implications. You're a perfect match if you have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field. 3-5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on senior-level responsibilities. Experience in a tech start-up is a plus. Proficient in ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and knowledgeable in IFRS 15 and IAS 39. A basic understanding of the taxation environment in KSA (VAT, WHT, CIT & ZAKAT) is Plus but not mandatory.
