Company DescriptionCode 81 is established in 2023, CODE81 operates autonomously from within the Technology Cluster of Ghobash Group as a highly agile services driven organization, committed to enabling future thinkers.Job DescriptionAccounts Receivable (AR):Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time.Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.Reconcile AR accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.Accounts Payable (AP):Process and verify vendor invoices and payments in alignment with company policies.Reconcile vendor statements and address any payment issues.Maintain accurate records of AP transactions for financial reporting.General Ledger (GL):Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, adjustments, and prepayments.Reconcile GL accounts regularly, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.Financial Reporting and Compliance:Support month-end and year-end closing processes.Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal financial policies.Assist with audits, providing necessary documentation and insights as required.Process Optimization:Identify opportunities for process improvements in AR, AP, and GL functions.Collaborate with the team to implement efficient workflows and accounting practices.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience:3-5 years of hands-on experience in AR, AP, and GL functions.Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus.Technical Skills:Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.Soft Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Additional InformationLanguages/Technologies: Java/J2EE, ReactJS, JQuery, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PLSQL.
