You will work with world-class technology veterans from MIT, Maersk, Intel, and General Motors to build a venture with transformative potential. YOU’LL WORK ON:As an Account Manager at Shift EV, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers. Your primary focus will be on cultivating strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and facilitating seamless communication between customers and internal teams to drive overall customer success.YOU'LL HAVE OWNERSHIP OVER:Customer Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, nurturing and strengthening relationships to foster trust and loyalty.Regularly communicate with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts.Collaboration and Communication:Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience that aligns with the customer's goals.Effectively manage and resolve conflicts, ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams.Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention and renewal.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Track and analyze key metrics related to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on customer account performance and status.Utilize CRM platforms and other tools to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and progress.YOU AREBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Between 3-5 years of experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role, preferably in a technology or automotive industry.Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships, with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and retention.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and challenges.Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US:An opportunity to be part of an impact-driven mission and work with a world-class team.A dynamic and collaborative startup environment where your contributions are valued.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Stock options, demonstrating our commitment to your long-term success and investment in the company's future.Shift EV is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone has equal opportunities for growth and success.
