Senior Account ManagerCairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt Senior Account Manager 202406949 Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt Full time Closing on: Dec 31 2024 DescriptionResponsible for a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for retention of clients and new business development. Will manage and develop client and WTW relationships and grow portfolio within the business unit and will be responsible for targeting and converting prospectsThe Role Broker appointment/Issue BOR letters to WTW Route BOR letters to carriers and request copies of policies Kick-off meeting to discuss transition plan, service requirements, renewal and claim handling instructions Finalize service agreement Follow up with carriers to confirm BOR in place Establish finalized action plans for transition timeline due dates, service plan, and communication protocols Set up weekly transition conference calls Present client with WTW team chart Discuss open/pending claims and finalize claim handling instructions Provide copies of policies, current 5 year claims history, copies of current year applications and any currently issued certificates of insurance Determine open items with legacy broker(s) Address any outstanding items with carriers Discuss certificate protocols, including special instructions Enter certificate holders into certificate system Pre-renewal strategy discussion for deeper dive into Client's business, risks/exposures, develop risk profile analysis in preparation of the renewal strategy meeting Collect/confirm data for modelling and analyticsQualificationsThe Requirements Preferably educated to degree level or relevant industry experience Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service Strong practical knowledge of account development and appropriate tools to achieve this aim Experienced knowledge of insurance markets globally in order to deal effectively with client and WTW needs Knowledge of WTW products and services Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associates, insurers and external specialists Ability to represent the practice and WTW with integrity and credibility Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills Experience of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service deliveryThe Application Process Stage 1: Online application and recruiter review Stage 2: Live video interviews with hiring managers Stage 3: Offer and onboarding WTW is an equal opportunity employerDescription The Role As the Leader of the Executive Compensation Practice in the Asia Pacific Region, you will be responsible for developing new business, leading and delivering large, strategic client engagements, serving as strategic advisor to...
