Your Role and Responsibilities As a Selection Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to set the bar high, executing on various recruiting strategies to identify, screen and delivery high quality, diverse talent to meet business hiring demands. You will be the main point of contact for our candidates and hiring managers, supporting full lifecycle hiring, and sitting amongst your peers in one of our global hub locations.   • Work with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs.
  • Execute high volume, end-to-end recruitment
  • Regularly and accurately update data in the recruitment system
  • Conduct the selection process across multiple countries and business units, following the local process guidelines
  • Use Data/Insights/KPIs to help prioritize and efficiently perform tasks


Required Technical and Professional Expertise


What you will bring to the team:
  • Prior experience in Talent Acquisition / Human Resources
  • Communication skills and assertiveness to successfully deal with hiring managers and stakeholders from different parts of the organization
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to draw insights from data/metrics and execute recruitment plans in a data-driven manner


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise


  • Fluency in another European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian)
