Job Title: Secretary – Construction Industry Location: Courtyard, Sheikh Zayed, Egypt Working Days: Saturday to Thursday Job Description:Delta Construction Co. is looking for a highly organized and proactive Secretary to support our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and assist in daily operations within our construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of management.
Maintain and organize company documents, files, and records.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits for management and staff.
Prepare reports, memos, and other business documents.
Assist in procurement by preparing purchase orders and tracking supplies.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients as needed.
Monitor office supplies and ensure a well-maintained office environment.
Handle data entry and maintain construction project records.
Follow up on invoices, payments, and financial documentation.
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
Background in the construction industry is highly preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
