Responsibilities
Facilitate an end-to-end Agile culture within the delivery process.
Lead and execute Agile ways of working, taking full accountability for bringing agility to team delivery.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps Engineers, Software Developers, Quality Engineers, and Stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries that adhere to Agility practices and principles.
Ensure the squad delivers effectively while embodying Customer Centricity, Agility, Pride, Innovation, and Stewardship as promised to our customers.
