Scrum Master

The Scrum Master at plays a critical role in driving the Agile process for our development teams. You will facilitate the Scrum framework, ensuring that the team adheres to its principles and practices while effectively delivering high-value products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading Scrum teams and facilitating key ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coaching the team members and the organization on Agile principles to ensure a thorough understanding and implementation of Scrum.
• Removing impediments that hinder the team's progress and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborating closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and ensure its visibility and clarity.
• Mentoring the team to self-organize and work autonomously while ensuring alignment towards common goals.
• Tracking and communicating team progress and providing insights to stakeholders regarding performance and improvement opportunities.
• Advocating for the Agile methodology and encouraging team members to adopt Agile practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
