Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies within the team and organization. You will guide the team through the Scrum process, ensuring that Scrum practices are followed and that team members are effectively collaborating to deliver high-quality products.

Reporting to: Chief Technology Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitation: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth Scrum ceremonies.
• Coaching: Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self-organization to enhance team performance.
• Impediment Removal: Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team’s progress, ensuring that they can work efficiently.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and communicated to the team.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication regarding project progress and challenges.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to reflect on their processes and find ways to enhance productivity.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on team performance metrics, helping to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Agile Practices: Advocate for Agile practices across the organization and help to drive Agile transformation initiatives.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or a related area).
