Today, we are recruiting for a Scheduling Lead to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.


What are my responsibilities?


  • Prepare, implement, and monitor the integrated project schedule for the maintenance mobilization program, covering both operational and baseline schedules.
  • Align the MSA schedule with the EPC schedule, proactively resolving any conflicts.
  • Assign Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements, manage interdependencies, and track the critical path to ensure effective project planning.
  • Develop and assess schedule scenarios to forecast potential outcomes and risks, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Create and manage Primavera P6 schedules, integrating resource- and cost-loaded data while extracting progress updates.
  • Work closely with project managers, site teams, and consortium partners to analyze progress, optimize schedules, and implement mitigation or acceleration strategies.
  • Collect schedule data, evaluate deviations, and adjust deadlines or contractual milestones as needed.
  • Conduct forensic schedule analysis to support claim defense and preparation.
  • You'll compile detailed monthly progress reports, including variance reports, S-curves, earned value analysis, critical path assessments, and resource allocation insights.
  • You'll contribute to schedule management procedures and ensure compliance with approved policies and guidelines.

What do I need to qualify for this job?


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • 5-7 Years of Experience in the Railway/Mobility Industry.
  • Experience in Primavera P6 is a must
  • English Fluency.
