Supporting MENA SBX WPS OPCs and HO Team in efficient management of SBX solution implementation via telemetry set up initiation and management, asset placement, process flows and POC verification. Dashboard input and analytics
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Effective Planning and Completion Monitoring and evaluating data and input. Thorough follow up to ensure timely completion for reporting and dashboards Recommend improvements to enhance and uplift process, reporting End to End Planogram Implementation for SBX telemetry platform Communicate OPC requirements, manage initiation with third parties and implementation for go live for MENA region, ongoing approved updates for OPCs Compliance to internal SOP's and processes. Communicate and collate third party technical weekly and monthly reporting for consolidation and review Prepare and conduct monthly Technical MOR for SBX OPC markets Ensure the monthly reporting requirements for MENA and Zone AOA are fully submitted and on time.
What will make you successful…
Minimum 3 year in administrative and analytical roles preferably in Food Service industry environment. Has successfully delivered on KPIs. Demonstrated success in effective communication in multi-category and cross functional teams, supports a high-performance culture. Worked in a matrix organization with the ability to influence others. University Degree or Diploma in Business (Administration, Marketing, Management) Excellent skills in Microsoft (SAP is a plus) Excellent oral and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills. Analytical/numerical/statistical skills"
