Job Description:
Core Experience:
Configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central based on client requirements, including organizational structures, employee profiles, and workflows. In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM data models and integration points with other SAP modules Integration knowledge with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, LMS and Payroll Schema. Strong knowledge in different SAP integration middleware connectors such as SAP PO, SAP CPI and Cloud Connectors.
Key Competencies:
Experience in blueprinting and writing functional specifications for RICEFW, help manuals, and test scripts Experience in Supporting large customer for L2 and L3 incidents Experience in creating root cause analysis Experience in analysing repeated incidents and to provide permanent solutions Should be able to communicate directly with the Business users and resolve the issues Capacity to understand business requirements from a client’s point of view. Capacity to work in a group domain, viably cooperating with others. Must be results-oriented with full ownership. Capacity to perform multiple tasks and deal with different expectations and undertakings simultaneously. Strong fundamental knowledge in domain areas. Strong communication skills
