What you'll do


  • Streamlining & standardizing processes’ objectives and priorities inside the digital solution advisory team.
  • Performing regular process data analysis, monitoring KPIs, and documentation reviews to identify continuous service improvement opportunities.
  • Support in measuring and evaluating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and supporting metrics – especially, data collection, processing and reporting
  • Support running, adapting, and evolving reporting and operations
  • Support the creation of dashboards to analyze performance and identify patterns
  • Create internal guides and work on process improvements in the area of data management and organizational performance management
  • Ad-hoc reporting and creation of presentations/summaries for the leadership team and key stakeholders
  •  Working in collaboration with all stakeholders, decision-makers & key participants in full transparency

We are looking for a colleague who has/is:


  • Graduate (f/m/d) of a university with up to 2 years after graduation.
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration/Business Informatics
  • Computer skills: Experience in XLS. Power BI/SAP Analytics is a plus.
  • Language skills: (e.g., fluent in Arabic and English, French as a plus)
  • Soft skills: Analytical mindset, Team Player, Problem solver
