As a Sales Operations Executive you will be responsible for keeping the department running in an efficient manner by increasing the productivity of the team and meeting expectations of the internal and external stakeholders.

  • He/she will provide leadership and guidance to all team members and mentor them in a manner which enhances their skills and functionality.

In this role, you will:

  • Consistently and continuously monitoring client ‘health and quality metrics’ ensuring they are in line with management’s expectations and to ensure efficient use of service and no malpractice
  • Serving as an internal sales support for the sales team to assist with achieving assigned sales quotas and goals.
  • Helping enriches the leads database by following up with the marketing department
  • Following up on clients’ due payments and work closely with the Finance team to ensure a proper cash flow process
  • Collecting market insights and keeping up to date with the autos market and local development news.
  • Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
  • Maintaining a healthy CRM and dashboards by regularly following up with the team to ensure all required input and fields are completed.
  • Liaising with finance, customer support, legal and marketing departments for any sales-related or client-related issues.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the team and conducting quarterly performance reviews.
  • Coordinating with the car sales specialist and other departments on all on ground events.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance targets stipulated by your line manager.
